Originally from Kitchener Ontario, Race completed her Broadcasting-Radio education at Conestoga College.

Starting her radio career at The Team 1090 Kitchener, she moved to Ottawa in 2002 and could be heard regularly on Majic 100.

She’s become a major voice for the past 18 years on Hot 89.9 Ottawa. You can catch her show weekdays 10:00am-2:00pm and weekday mornings.

Simone Holder 

Simone is a stand up comedian in Ottawa. Since performing her first set in September 2019, Simone Holder has performed at comedy clubs, open mics, fundraisers, and events throughout Ottawa, Montreal, Kingston, and Cornwall. Known for her quick wit, soft-spoken delivery, sweet demeanor, and hilarious, unexpected punchlines, Simone is quickly making a name for herself in the local comedy scene. 

 

She has performed over 80 sets in-person and virtually since starting her comedy career in September 2019.

Leonard Chan 

Leonard Chan is a writer/comedian from Toronto, Canada.

 

As a comedian, he has been heard on CBC's The Debaters, Laugh Out Loud, and Sirius/XM radio and seen on stage at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, the Halifax Comedy Festival, JFL42, StandUp NBC in New York, and Just For Laughs in Montreal.

 

As a writer, he’s spent a little time in the writer’s room for international hit Kim’s Convenience, is writing for This Hour Has 22 Minutes, and has an original comedy in development with CBC.

Dylan is a well known stand up comedian who has performed in 21 countries across the globe, been nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award, appeared on Comedy Central and Viceland UK in 'Bobby and Harriet are Getting Married, performed at prestigious comedy festivals such as JFL42, North By Northeast, had his own televised special on iChannel called No Kidding and hosted his own radio show on SiriusXM Radio 'The Sport Brahs'.

David Keindel is a culinary professor, teaching both theory and practical classes, at Algonquin College, the School of Hospitality and Tourism. David started his 27-year career as a chef with Delta Hotels, where he worked in five different Canadian cities learning a variety of Canadian food specialties. Later, he has owned and managed three different food and beverage operations. Since he grew up on a family farm, David knows the importance of locally raised, quality products, and stresses their use in his kitchens.
